Mediation is a cost-effective approach to resolving parenting and property disputes.
It achieves a much faster resolution than
going to court.
Important Information
Rachael will spend 1-2 hours of reading preparation for each mediation. Complex cases which require additional reading will be charged at $400 per hour plus GST.

Fee’s to be paid in full 7 days prior to the mediation or intake session.
Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled appointments will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee.
